Thursday, April 3rd:

8:00pm - 10:30pm Welcome Party at The Gnarly Barley. Everyone is welcome to join the bride and groom for drinks and laughs. Come as you are and enjoy everyone's company before the big day.

Friday, April 4th:

3:00pm Bus picks up guests from the hotel for the venue. The last pickup time with be 3:30pm.

4:00pm Guests are expected to have arrived at the venue, Cypress Grove Estate House, and take their seats.

4:30pm Wedding Ceremony

5:00pm Cocktail Hour

6:00pm Reception and Dinner

7:30pm Speeches and First Dances

8:00pm Party Time!

10:00pm Grand Exit

10:30pm After Party at O'Shucks Karaoke Bar (MUST HAVE VALID ID)

Transportation details after the reception:

At 9:30 PM, the bus will make its final trip from the venue back to the hotel. At 10:00 PM, it will transition to shuttle guests from the venue to the After Party. Please note that a valid ID is required for entry to the After Party, as this will be strictly enforced by the venue.

To ensure all guests have flexible and convenient transportation, the couple has generously provided Uber Vouchers, available for use throughout the night. Each voucher covers the first $20 of your ride and will remain active until 4:00 AM. These discount codes will be sent to guests prior to the event and QR codes will be available to scan at the venue.
