Flights:

For those flying to Florida, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is the best option as far as distance to the venue and hotels. It is approximately 8 miles from the airport to the venue. Cabs and Uber/Lyft are popular options to get from the airport to where you will be staying. If you prefer to have more flexibility or do some site seeing while in town, it is recommended to reserve a rental car at the airport.

Lodging:

We have a room block at the Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Downtown. If you plan is to stay here, you must reserve your room by March 3rd to receive the group discounted rate. Link to book room HERE.

AirBnbs are also popular to reserve in the area, but it is recommended to book as early as possible if that is your preference.

Day of the Wedding:

Transportation will be provided via bus from the hotel we have reserved a room block at to the wedding ceremony and then back to the hotel after the reception. If you are staying elsewhere, or prefer to travel on your own schedule, Uber or Lyft is recommended if you didn't rent a car.
